We are mandated to provide quality training to all our front line members. As such, the training you provided was excellent. You were flexibile with the schedule meeting our very demanding needs in order to get all our front line officers trained in first aid and CPR. This was a daunting task and you managed this with ease from our perspective. I received many very positive comments about the training our members received. Many advised that it was the best first aid training they had ever received. They commented that they felt they could actually do something if they arrived at a scene before EMS and someone required first aid.

Unicorn has used Heart Starters for First Aid, CPR training for the last 5
plus years. Easy to follow directions and great comprehensive training with
details on meeting DNA needs for the Child Care field such as Epi pen use,
and D-fibrulator instructions. The instructors make staff feel comfortable
with the hands on training and answer any questions we may have. Thorough
and comfortable training sessions help everyone feel more at ease, and
confident to apply First Aid and CPR should need ever arise.
