We are mandated to provide quality training to all our front line members. As such, the training you provided was excellent. You were flexibile with the schedule meeting our very demanding needs in order to get all our front line officers trained in first aid and CPR. This was a daunting task and you managed this with ease from our perspective. I received many very positive comments about the training our members received. Many advised that it was the best first aid training they had ever received. They commented that they felt they could actually do something if they arrived at a scene before EMS and someone required first aid.

I would like to say that over the years Yonge Street Street Mission has received top-notch support from Heart Starters.  In fact, when I start the process of organizing a First Aid and CPR training day, staff want to ensure it’s Heart Starters that will do the training.  I have even had folks ask me if the trainer will be Gus.  That’s how highly Heart Starters is thought of here at YSM.  I find working with Heart Starters really easy because they are so flexible.
